Matthew has been working in the regional legal search market since 1997. When he joined Longbridge International in November of that year head hunting in the UK legal market was still in its infancy.

During his time with Longbridge, Matthew was its most successful consultant outside London. In March 2002 he moved to Hong Kong to develop a legal search practice in the Longbridge office there. Whilst in Hong Kong Matthew moved to join a major US search firm, Major Hagen and Africa before returning to the UK in 2004.  

Since then Matthew has been a Director of one of our midlands based competitors, Quest Executive Search.

Matthew is one of the most talented consultants and biggest names in the legal executive search market and we are absolutely delighted that he is joining us as a Director.
